The Bela Vista Riviera Stand and the dialogue with nature

Estúdio Vinicius Macêdo's relationship with real estate projects goes far beyond building and common area projects for construction companies and developers. Here, we have sought to create a closer, tactical and environmentally friendly relationship, capable of promoting the products offered by our clients to the end consumer.

An example of this is the Stand project of Aquiraz Riviera , which we are proud to highlight is Pau-Brasil, originally found on the land and which was the starting point for the construction of a modular project capable of respectfully involving the tree.

The project was created with the intention of selling lots in Aquiraz Riviera, an area where there are currently condominiums, resorts, beach clubs and is an excellent alternative for a second home close to the capital.

The modulation of the concrete pillars with the wooden beams creates a sense of raw beauty, echoing the natural elements present in the development. The carefully curated stand allows potential residents to imagine themselves living amidst the serenity of the subdivision.

The project features contemporary architecture and a compact program, divided into 3 modules. We used Pau Brasil to create an arrival plaza, which directs the client to the waiting lobby in the first module. Along the way, the client can experience the plants and disconnect from the outside world by listening to the sound of water coming from the biological lake that surrounds the stand. After waiting, the client is invited to immerse themselves in an interactive room and then enter the second module, which has the physical model that rests on the lake and offers a stunning view of the surrounding landscaping. Finally, the client accesses the brokers' lounge in a cyclical path that translates sensory experiences into each moment of the immersion.

Projects like this reinforce our responsibility in each design decision. We seek not only a relationship and interaction with the surroundings, but a solid partnership with the natural conditions that we receive as a gift from each site.
